Description
Duration 5:40 min
---------------------------
The Quokka is a large rat-like marsupial native to Rottnest Island off the coast of Perth in Western Australia. They live in harmony with the tourists and residents of the island and are famous for being curious, cute and a little mischievous when it comes to stealing food that has been left unattended for even a short period of time.
Quintessentially West Australian, the quokka is an iconic animal that has been part of the childhood (and adulthood...) of almost every resident of WA.
We hope you enjoy this little dance cleverly composed by Tsoek Man (Edwin) Yiu, an emerging Western Australian composer. This is his first published work in our catalogue, and we look forward to seeing what wonderful music he creates in the future.
