One of Australia's leading advocates for Diversity in Composition, Matt Klohs has enjoyed a 3-decade professional career as both a musician and conductor. Building on his strong foundation in Australian Military Bands, he has become an international conductor/clinician, composer and more recently print music publisher.

Having performed throughout Australia, New Zealand, in the US and the UK, Spain and Hong Kong, Matt has worked with ensembles of all levels from world-renowned Military Bands, University ensembles, school bands and community bands of all standards. He is also in demand as an adjudicator at regional, state and national levels.

His approach to music is one of authenticity, inclusivity, growth, fun and artistry. His teaching is always underpinned by accurate and clear technique with a strong focus on physical and mental health.
