Duration 10:30 min
This is the first major Wind Ensemble work by young Melbourne composer Daniel Dinh. It was premiered by Sydney University Wind Orchestra in 2021 and is now available. It is ideally suited for both A & B Grade community bands, University wind orchestras, and advanced High School ensembles.
It has a creative nautical theme, and utilises sound orchestration techniques to feature all of the myriad sounds of the wind ensemble to great effect. Your musicians and your audiences alike will love this piece. It's a feast for the imagination!
Daniel is an exciting young composer and multi-instrumentalist whose future is indeed bright! We are proud to bring his music to the world and look forward to supporting him as his composition career blossoms in the years to come.
