The Kraken Awakens draws on humanity’s enduring fascination with the unknown—those
elusive creatures that exist somewhere between myth and possibility. From the depths of the ocean to the forests and mountains of the world, legends such as the Kraken, Bigfoot, the Yeti, and the Loch Ness Monster continue to captivate the imagination. This work explores not only the legend of the Kraken itself, but also the hubris and determination of those who seek to find —and conquer—it.
